PSALMS 23 MINISTRIES is a Calling placed upon Pastor Steven Anderson, that was founded in 1977 when he received his first "licensing". Pastor Steven founded his first Ministry, The House of The LORD, in Pennsylvania. After nearly a year, Pastor Steven realized he wasn't ready to take on the "Governmental Policies" that were pressuring in upon this small Ministry. Pastor Steven moved to the Washington, DC area where he gained additional useful knowledge of regulations governing Churches in the United States (and otherwise).

For the next several years, he assisted people in the DC and later the Chicagoland areas as an "independent" Minister. Pastor Steven realized that for many people who love GOD with all their hearts, don't attend "church", usually because as YESHUA (JESUS) learned, many of us aren't welcome! It may be because of our financial status? It may be because of our clothing? It may be because we can't afford a new car every few years? Whatever the reason, is it acceptable? According to GOD's Word it isn't!
Matt. 7:24: "Therefore WHOSOEVER heareth these sayings of MINE, and doeth them, I will liken him unto a wise man, which built his house upon a rock:" 10:32 (and Luke 12:8): I say unto you, "WHOSOEVER (therefore) shall confess ME before men, him shall I (The SON of Man) confess also before MY FATHER, which is in HEAVEN, (and the ANGELS of GOD)." 12:50 (and Mark 3:35): "For WHOSOEVER shall do the Will of GOD/MY FATHER, which is in HEAVEN, the same is my brother, and sister, and mother." 18:4: "WHOSOEVER therefore shall humble himself as this little child, the same is greatest in the KINGDOM of HEAVEN." John 3:16: For GOD so loved the World, that HE gave HIS Only Begotten SON, that WHOSOEVER believeth in HIM should not perish, but have everlasting life. 12:46: "I Am come a light into the World, that WHOSOEVER believeth on ME should not abide in darkness." Acts 2:21: And it shall come to pass, that WHOSOEVER shall call on the Name of The LORD shall be saved. Rom. 10:11 & 13: For the Scripture saith, "WHOSOEVER believeth on HIM shall not be ashamed." "For WHOSOEVER shall call upon the Name of The LORD shall be saved." 1 John 4:15: WHOSOEVER shall confess that YESHUA (JESUS) is The SON of GOD, GOD dwelleth in him, and he in GOD. 5:1: WHOSOEVER believeth that YESHUA (JESUS) is The MESSIAH (CHRIST) is born of GOD: and every one that loveth HIM that begat loveth him also that is begotten of HIM. Exo. 35:5: Take ye from among you an offering unto The LORD: WHOSOEVER is of a willing heart, let him bring it, an offering of The LORD; gold, and silver, and brass... Joel 2:32: And it shall come to pass, that WHOSOEVER shall call on the Name of The LORD shall be delivered: for in Mount Zion and in Jerusalem shall be deliverance, as The LORD hath said, and in the remnant whom The LORD shall call.

If GOD says "WHOSOEVER!" then why should the leaders of our churches say, "You're not welcome here!"?

This is the Mission of PSALMS 23 MINISTRIES and Pastor Steven, to be here for WHOSOEVER and to assist others that answer GOD's Call to establish Ministries with the same desire!
